If I Lose My Personal Copy Can I Get Another?

Not Forgotten customers who have created a Not Forgotten Legacy Product can access copies of their video, for a fee, by contacting the Not Forgotten representatives at the following email address: support@not-forgotten.com  Our representatives will obtain a copy of your video either from our Long-Term Storage Vault of physical tapes or from our Cloud Storage Facility. After the Public Availability Date (as defined in the Not Forgotten Terms & Conditions), the public may also obtain copies of the video in question by contacting the same email address.
