When you create a new account you are provided a message saying that an email is being sent to you so that you can verify your account, as shown below.
You must then go to the email account that you provided during the sign up process. There you will find an email from Not-Forgotten.
Open that email and click on "yes it's me" to verify your account.
You will not be able to login to your account until you have verified your account via the email sent.top of page
