I'm trying to upload a video and it gets cut off. Why?

That's because Not Forgotten edited videos have a time limit. Videos in total can only be 30mins long.

Both the website and phone apps will give you a warning if your video exceeds 30 minutes.

You will need to go back into one of the "scenes" and re-record to a shorter time.
