Desktop Version:
1. Go to the not-forgotten.io website and click LOG IN located on the top-right corner of the screen.
2. On the Sign In page, click Forgot Password.
3. On the Reset Password screen, enter your email address and click Request Password Reset. We’ll then send you an email with a link to reset your password. It may take up to 30 minutes for the email to arrive.
4. Once the email has arrived, click on the link and enter your new password in the New Password and Confirm New Password fields and click Continue.
5. You can now log in using your new password.
Mobile Version:
1. Open the Not Forgotten application Log-in screen. Select Forgot Password.
2. Follow the instruction and enter the email address of the account you want your password to be changed. A reset password link will be sent to the email provided where you will be able to change to your new password.
If you no longer have access to the email address associated with your account, please email us at support@not-forgotten.com. We may need some detailed information from you to recover your account.
