This guide shows you the steps to add an outlook appointment to your calendar.
Open the confirmation email you received from your booking.
Click on Add to iCal/Outlook Calendar.
You will see a download at the bottom of your screen.
Once you open it, you will see all of the information regarding your appointment as well as your appointment link, saved to your calendar.
Copy the entire link listed next to Change Appointment and paste in the field labeled Location so that the link will be easily accessible at the time of the appointment.
Click the Save & Close button to finalize any changes you may have made.
